Macy’s Employee Discounts
You, your spouse, and eligible dependents receive a 20% discount on retail and regular products (10% discount on specialty items) at all Macy’s, Inc. retail stores nationwide. This includes all Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s locations, as well as online at macys.com and blossingdales.com.
Macy’s 401 (k) – Retirement

The Social Security Administration provides services to help you apply for social security pensions and spousal benefits, request a social security certificate, tools to estimate your benefit amount, and provide services to those who have recently applied for benefits.

The AARP website provides information on member services, including insurance, medical and financial benefits, as well as eligible discounts, membership renewals, and magazines.

The Earn for Learning program is an opportunity for you to apply for financial support from Macy’s, Inc. for the educational institutions for which you volunteer.
Adequate Gift Program
The Matching Gifts program allows you to ask Macy’s, Inc. to match your donations with your favorite charities.
Scholarship Program
Macy’s, Inc. sponsors a scholarship program for students who are children of full-time, part-time, or self-employed workers. The program is administered by the National Merit Scholarship Organization.

The College Bound Fund Employee Payroll Program offers a flexible, tax-deductible 529 educational savings program administered by Alliance Capital that offers the convenience of saving through the direct deposit process.
